The Malden Bridge Community Center will host the area’s first “The Good Road to Wellness” event, sponsored by Minerva Campbell and Christina Beauchemin and featuring members of the area wellness community. This special gathering brings together an incredible variety of local practitioners, healers and teachers for a full day of classes, experiences, private sessions and community connection – all under one roof and one tent, right on the MBCC Point.
In the spirit of making wellness accessible to everyone, all classes are only $5.
The event will be held on Saturday, September 26 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Classes will run all day and into the evening.

As summer collapses into fall, it is an ideal time to slow down, restore our energy and prepare the body, mind and spirit for the season ahead. The transition to cooler weather and shorter days naturally invites us to turn inward, reconsider our routines and focus on practices that support balance and well-being. The Good Road to Wellness offers a welcoming opportunity to pause, recharge and discover new ways to care for ourselves as we move into autumn.
Come for one class, explore something completely new or spend the day experiencing yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, Ayurveda, movement, sound healing, collaborative art and more. A nutritional lunch and dinner will be served. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet local wellness practitioners and connect with others in the community.
Whether you are beginning your wellness journey or looking to deepen an existing practice, The Good Road to Wellness offers a welcoming place to learn, experience, mingle and connect.
A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Malden Bridge Community Center.
